Mioco provides digital marketing consulting and software consulting services designed to help aesthetic and wellness clinics improve patient retention, sell treatments, packages, and memberships, and engage and retain patients.
By engaging Our consulting services, You agree that:
Fees for consulting services are agreed upon in writing prior to the commencement of services. All payments are due in accordance with the payment schedule set out in Your service agreement. Where payments are processed through Stripe, You authorize Us to charge the applicable fees to Your payment method on file.
All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. We reserve the right to suspend services in the event of non-payment.
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, all work product, reports, strategies, and deliverables created by the Company as part of the consulting engagement remain the property of the Company until payment is received in full, at which point ownership transfers to You.
Our Service may contain links to third-party web sites or services that are not owned or controlled by the Company. The Company has no control over, and assumes no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies or practices of any third-party web sites or services. We strongly advise You to read the Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policies of any third-party web sites or services that You visit.
We may terminate or suspend Your access immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if You breach these Terms and Conditions. Upon termination, Your right to use the Service will cease immediately.
Either party may terminate an ongoing consulting engagement with 30 days written notice to the other party.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Company's total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the Service shall be limited to the amount actually paid by You to the Company in the three (3) months preceding the claim. In no event shall the Company be liable for any special, incidental, indirect, or consequential damages whatsoever, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or business interruption.
The Website and any informational content provided through it is provided to You "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranty of any kind. The Company makes no representation that the Website will be uninterrupted or error-free.
The laws of the State of Maryland, United States, excluding its conflicts of law rules, shall govern these Terms and Your use of the Service. Any dispute shall first be attempted to be resolved informally by contacting the Company.
If any provision of these Terms is held to be unenforceable or invalid, such provision will be changed and interpreted to accomplish the objectives of such provision to the greatest extent possible under applicable law and the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
The failure to exercise a right or require performance of an obligation under these Terms shall not affect a party's ability to exercise such right or require such performance at any time thereafter.
We reserve the right, at Our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will make reasonable efforts to provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect by posting the updated Terms on this page.
By continuing to access or use Our Service after those revisions become effective, You agree to be bound by the revised Terms.
